Trout stuffed with mushrooms - recipe

Trout stuffed with mushrooms is sure to make you a star chef at any garden barbeque or Sunday lunch. What’s more, this healthy and appetizing dish takes just half an hour to make.
Ingredients:
| 4 trout 4 strips of bacon 400 g freshly picked mushrooms 200 g butter 1 large onion lovage parsley |
oil crushed caraway seeds ground paprika salt pepper garlic |
Instructions:
Dice the onion, garlic and mushrooms into medium size pieces. Fry the onion and garlic in butter, then throw in the mushrooms, and, after frying some more, add the chopped herbs – lovage a parsley. Season with pepper, crushed caraway seeds, a pinch of ground paprika and salt, mix well and leave to cool. Sprinkle the trout with salt, fill the inside with a strip of bacon and the mushroom filling. Sprinkle with pepper and caraway seeds and roast in the oven for around 20 minutes.
