Sweet fluffy omelette - recipe

To get a really light and fluffy omelette, it’s best not to fry but place in the oven to bake instead. Add a few spoons of preserve and bring to the table still piping hot.
Ingredients:
| 2 eggs 1 tablespoon flour preserve sugar |
Instructions:
Whisk the egg whites then mix in the yolks and flour. Pour the resulting dough into a small frying pan with some melted butter and put in the oven for around 5 minutes. Don’t turn the omelette, just bake quickly. Then spread with preserve, fold in half, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
