Smoked trout with dill dressing - recipe
Regional speciality Southern Moravia
You won't catch smoked trout in any mountain brook, but you can get it no problem in any fishmongers or the local supermarket. It's worth making the effort to track it down as your stomach will remember this light, healthy and very tasty dish for a long time after. Just watch out for the bones!
Ingredients:
| 1 400 g smoked trout 200 ml sour cream juice of half a lemon |
several sprigs of fresh dill salt and pepper |
Instructions:
Mix the lemon juice with the sour cream and finely chopped dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the smoked trout on a plate and pour over the dressing. Serve chilled.

bread, white rolls, salad
