Milkmaid´s chicken breasts - recipe

4 pcs chicken breasts |
5g seasoning for roast chicken 60 g olive oil |
Instructions:
Clean and rinse the chicken breasts, salt and season them and place them in the white yogurt to marinate, preferably overnight. Put the olive oil in a skillet, heat it and place the chicken breasts in the hot oil. Sautee for about 5 minutes on each side until the meat is golden-brown. The meat should stay juicy and tender on the inside. We do not recommend longer cooking, because the meat will become firmer and tougher.
As a side dish, we suggest mashed potatoes with various cooked vegetables or a fresh vegetable salad.
