Meat salad - recipe
Regional speciality Pilsen Region
A special feature of the Pilsen region’s cuisine is the use of beer in various dishes. This meat salad containing roast beef differs from others as it is served with a dressing flavoured with the region’s fine ale.
Ingredients:
| 400 g cold roast beef 400 g mix of pickled onions, sweet corn, chilli peppers and mushrooms 1 large red onion lettuce |
Dressing: 1:1:1 mustard, oil, 12° beer (around 5% alcohol) vinegar to taste ground pepper salt parsley |
Instructions:
Slice the roast beef into strips and mix with the chopped vegetables. Mix the ingredients for the dressing into a smooth blend, mix with the finely chopped parsley and leave until the next day. Serve with bread rolls and lettuce.
