Ingredients:
| oil (fat) 2 onion 500 g potatoes salt pepper |
paprika herbs and spices (bay leaf, thyme, allspice) 1 l water 200 ml cream 2 tablespoons of fine flour |
Instructions:
Sweat down an onion in oil or fat, throw in the diced potatoes and add salt, pepper, and paprika. Then pour in the water and cook until soft. Create a stock from the herbs in another pan. Pour the stock over the potatoes. Thicken with cream and fine flour.
