“Good housewife’s” chicken legs - recipe

Just the name of the dish indicates that if you choose to serve it, you can't go far wrong. With just a few simple ingredients you can drum up a great dinner for an unexpected guest in record time. And what's more, the roasting chicken legs, bacon and mushrooms will fill the house with a wonderful aroma, while you lay the table for a feast.
Ingredients:
| 4 chicken legs 80 g lean bacon 100 g fresh mushrooms 100 g sauerkraut 400 g boiled potatoes |
1 onion 1 tablespoon of oil salt fresh herbs |
Instructions:
Dab the chicken legs with a dampcloth, then sprinkle with salt and freshly chopped herbs. Heat up the oil in a pan and throw in the bacon. Fry the chicken legs and the roughly chopped onion in this mixture. Then add thick slices of the boiled potatoes, the mushrooms and the sauerkraut. Place the pan in the oven and roast slowly. Serve without a side dish.
