Fried asparagus - recipe

‘Let asparagus into your kitchen!’ say we with this simple recipe. Asparagus doesn’t make an appearance on Czech plates too often, even though it is a delicacy that boasts a wide range of health-giving microelements.
Ingredients:
| 500 g asparagus 2/3 water 1/3 bottle white wine salt |
2 eggs 100 g flour 100 g bread crumbs oil |
Instructions:
Peel and boil the asparagus in water and wine then drain thoroughly. Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs (in that order) and fry in oil. Serve with mashed potato and melted butter or salad leaves.
