Carp fingers - recipe

This traditional Czech fish dish prepared in a quite untraditional way is for anyone who likes to cook and isn’t afraid of an experiment or two. Carp is normally a yuletide dish, but it tastes great all year round!
Ingredients:
| 600 g carp fillets 20 g garlic 4 eggs lovage pepper |
salt 200 g fine flour ground paprika 500 ml oil |
Instructions:
Remove the bones from the carp and cut the fillets into finger-length pieces. Create a marinade from the crushed garlic, lovage, salt and pepper and place the carp into this for at least two hours. Mix the paprika into the flour and coat the fish pieces before frying in hot oil until golden brown. Suitable side dishes include white cabbage or leafy salad.
