Bouillon with parsley - recipe

How about this thickened soup recipe, which should have you rushing to the kitchen and the spoon hurrying to your mouth, where it will deposit its load of real, delicious beef stock, and fragrant parsley. If this is indeed the case, then the following recipe certainly deserves a place in your family cookbook.
Ingredients:
| 250 g beef 100-120 g root vegetables 1 small onion pepper corns salt |
150 ml milk 1-2 eggs 100-120 g medium ground flour 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
Instructions:
Place the meat in a pan of salted water. Cook slowly removing the dark foam which forms on the surface. Add the pepper corns, root vegetables and onion. Simmer until soft. Pass the stock through a sieve. Pour some milk into a bowl, add eggs, finely chopped parsley, salt, oil and flour and mix carefully. Bring some salted water to the boil in a pan and pass the mixture through a sieve or grater. Simmer for a short time then add the resulting thickener to the stock.
