Beef roasted in beer - recipe

Pilsen is synonymous with beer, so it comes as little surprise that the local amber nectar features as an ingredient in this regional speciality. Marinated beef with a sharp sauce is best enjoyed with light dumplings and a bunch of good friends.
Ingredients:
| 400-500 g beef 100 g paprika-rich sausage 125 ml low-alcohol beer sprig of parsley sprig of dill 100 g lean bacon |
1 large onion salt crushed pepper ground ginger fine flour |
Instructions:
Fill the meat with the sausage, put in a saucepan add the parsley, dill and beer and leave to marinate for 4-5 hours.
Lightly fry the lean bacon and onion then add the marinated meat along with the marinade. Add salt, spices, pepper and ginger, then simmer with the lid on until soft.
Remove the meat, thicken the sauce with flour and bring to the boil. Simmer for a while then pass through a sieve.
