This aromatic red meat delicacy is naughty but nice! This tangy ginger-infused roast is excellent with potato dumplings.

Ingredients:

800 g beef
8 cloves of garlic
ginger
fine flour
beef stock and white wine
butter

Instructions:

Cut the beef into slices, soften with a mallet and rub with garlic, ginger and salt. Dust the meat in flour, fry on both sides, then pour in the stock and wine and simmer until soft. Reduce the meat juices then add a knob of butter to make the gravy.
