Apples are an integral part of Czech cuisine – which can come as no surprise as the harvest in this country is bountiful indeed. They’re used in sweet and savoury dishes and there are a thousand recipes which use this fruit... Here you have a dessert, which is not only quick to make but will also swiftly disappear from the plate. Is there anyone who could resist this soft fruit with chocolate, nuts and cranberry sauce?
Ingredients:
| 4 medium-size apples 4 teaspoons cranberry sauce 20-30 g walnuts 30-40 g chocolate |
1-2 spoon butter whipped cream icing sugar |
Instructions:
Remove the core from the ripe apples. Fill the space with a mixture of grated chocolate, walnuts and cranberry sauce.
Then place the apples on a baking tin, add butter and a small amount of water. Place in a hot oven and bake until soft.
Plate up the roast apples and finish off with a swirl of whipped cream.
