Hello, I recently attended the Taste of London Event and visted the Czech Speciality Stall. My father is Czech and I really enjoyed speaking with the representatives on the stall. I picked up one of your leaflets which contains all the recipes listed here on your website but I wish I had picked up one for my father also. Is there anyway you could post me another leaflet with all the recipes inside? It was called "Savour the Czech Republic" and has the recipes from the whole region. I would love to give my father a copy.

I hope that you can help me!!! When I lived in nebraska, near wilbur, I attended a function where one of the dishes was sauerkraut and I believe they were either a dumpling or a thick hearty noodle ina whitish, sweet gravy/sauce. It was wonderful, but, I haven't been able to find a recipe or even what it was! Hopefully you can steer me in the right direction. Thank you, Jeri Ballantyne
