Taste the Czech Republic!
We would like to extend an invitation to you to join us on a journey through the Czech and Moravian gastronomic landscape, guided by selected traditional recipes from 16 regions of the Czech Republic.
Should you not have time or inclination to try these recipes in your own kitchen at home, look for restaurants and pubs sporting the ‘Czech Specials’ logo. This certification guarantees you’ll always find national and regional specialities on the menu. Master chefs have chosen sirloin as a symbol of Czech cuisine, but on your travels around the a Czech Republic you will discover many other tasty dishes specific to the region in which you find yourself. Often these will be simple, but nevertheless delicious, dishes, as the aim of the entire Czech Specials project is to return to the roots of Czech cuisine, and conjure up excellent food from a handful of top-quality ingredients - food which will transform Czech and foreign guests into keen gastrotourists.
